ThermaSAVE is a complete, pre-engineered building system.

Panels are available in almost any combination of length and strength to build out almost any plan.

The possibility of longer floor, wall and roof spans reduces the number of support beams, posts and walls needed in conventional building.

Almost any type of finish can be applied to the panels in the factory including, T1-11, Fiber Cement siding, steel, aluminum or fiberglass for walls and roofs. ThermaSAVE can also supply aggregate such a pea-gravel, colored granules and crushed shell over plywood oriented strand board (OSB) for exteriors and roofs.

Electrical chases are precut if required, into the foam core of the panel prior to assembly. Chases face the interior skin and are positioned according to design and code requirements. A variety of electrical options are available.

ThermaSAVE produces panels for use underground which are an excellent choice for basement or foundation walls. Our insulation technique creates warmer areas in the winter and cooler areas in the summer in below ground applications such as crawl spaces and basements.

Roof products can be applied to the panels at the factory. ThermaSAVE recommends a membrane roof and deck coating. Our coatings are available in many colors. Various combinations of roofing granules can be factory applied, giving an appearance similar to shingled roofs. ThermaSAVE can make roof panels any thickness or length desired.

Upon completion, the structure built with the ThermaSAVE System looks no different than a structure built with conventional methods.
