ThermaSAVE'S One Step Process
When building with ThermaSAVE panels, you have interior and exterior walls, all cuts and insulation provided for you in one step.
ThermaSAVE has endeavored to manufacture their building systems to eliminate as many additional steps as possible for the customer, saving them time and money. The more steps taken on by ThermaSAVE in the manufacturing process means fewer steps needed at the job site.
The ThermaSAVE Building System is:
Structural and Pre-Engineered, passing the rigorous standards of the ICC
Insulated – already exceeding energy codes, the customer has a choice of R Factor
Exterior Finish in Place – our customers have the following choices: Siding of LP-11 or T1-11 or Oriented Strand Board - ready for metal, aggregate, acrylic stucco, or fiber glass masonry or sheet exteriors such as brick, block, marble and stone can be applied
Interior finish – ready for paneling, sheet rock, texture or acrylic stucco
Precuts – all corners, doors, windows, roof and gables cut to order in plant
Coatings in place – Coatings on roofs, freezers requiring USDA certification, floating docks, decks and commercial floors done in plant
